Lyons Will Estate was established in 1996 with its first plants being Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Since then the estate has grown in size to include Gamay and Riesling, making the total area under vine just over 10 acres.
Lyons Will Estate think they have a pretty special patch. All their blocks are hand pruned, hand groomed and hand-picked, ensuring the best quality possible from bud-burst to picking. You can sample the wines at their cellar door, open by appointment.
