Arbor Dining + Bar serves a seasonal changing selection of tasting platters for dinner as well as a wide choice of dishes featuring locally sourced produce. Our ethos is to source as many ingredients as possible from the surrounding farms and cater to the changing seasons. Some of the produce is grown on our local family farm. We\u2019re blessed in the region with some of the most talented winemakers in the nation and we keep in regular contact to find out what they\u2019re up to. The bar offers a hand-picked selection of our favourites together with imported wines, a wide variety of on tap and bottle beers and a very delicious house made cider.
