Encouraging corporate Australia to focus on their health and wellbeing is the AustralianSuper Corporate Triathlon Series. The AustralianSuper Corporate Triathlon Series this year celebrates 29 years of promoting fun, team building and wellbeing and caters for every fitness level. Workplaces can enter teams of three who individually complete the entire triathlon. Alternatively, there is the Woolworths Relay Triathlon which splits the legs with one person doing the swim, one doing the cycle and one doing the run so that employees of all abilities can find a discipline suited to them.
This year's Sydney event will be held in the Royal Botanic Gardens.
